Yahoo! Mail
In 2019, Yahoo charged BuzzFeed with the task of announcing the relaunch of Yahoo! Mail, with new features to make unsubscribing and organizing easier than ever. We decided to go with these original social assets, and a custom branded video where we could authentically integrate the UI of the new app. They wanted to target tech-weary millennials, and we found that their target demographic matched perfectly to BuzzFeed’s popular beauty channel As/Is. As project lead, I wrote and oversaw the design of 4 custom social assets (seen below) to distribute on BuzzFeed’s O&O, as well as writing and producing a custom co-branded video on BuzzFeed’s As/Is channel.
